The Agriculture Committee of the UK House of Commons has outlined an action plan of short-term measures regarding the handling of GM seeds.
An action plan of short-term measures on GM seeds has been outlined by the UK`s House of Commons Agriculture Committee. In a short report following the recent discovery of GM content in Advanta seeds sown in the UK, the Committee concluded that "clearer procedures are required for dealing with incidents of this kind".
